Hi, I'm Elli!
I'm a documentary wedding, engagement, and lifestyle photographer based in Los Angeles. I love capturing all of the little candid moments that, when put together, tell a story. My favorite times to photograph are the first and last hour of light.
My photography journey started in music photography in 2014 and I still have a commercial lifestyle and music photography business that you can check out here. Some select clients include Adidas, Toms Shoes, Honda, NYLON, Fisher Price and ORLY.
However, once I photographed my first wedding in 2014, I was hooked. I have now photographed close to 100 weddings and elopements over the past 7 years and have been featured in Ruffled Blog, 100 Layer Cake, A Practical Wedding, and Santa Barbara Weddings. I photograph weddings often from Santa Barbara to Joshua Tree but love to travel and will travel anywhere in the world to document your love.
I smile ALL the time. I'm not really awake until the 6th sip of coffee in the morning. Music is a huge passion of mine, from hobbyist guitar playing to shooting live bands. I spend as much time as possible outdoors! I once surfed in the morning and snowboarded in the afternoon. Originally from New York, currently residing in Los Angeles, but travel often. And I'm half-Greek!
For the last 10 years, I have only eaten meat if I know where it came from and was humanely raised (yes, like Portlandia!). In February 2020 I began working on an urban farm a couple of days a week because I wanted to know where my food was coming from and be a better home gardener.
